GST invoices with HSN codes
Make a GST invoice on your phone or in the browser. Choose a saved product and its price, HSN or SAC code and GST rate fill in. Invoice numbers go up by themselves (INV-2026-0001…). The GST is split into CGST + SGST for a same-state sale or IGST for an other-state sale, from the customer’s state. Add a due date, payment terms, vehicle number or a ship-to address when you need them.
5 bill designs with your logo and bank details
Pick from 5 designs: Classic, Modern, Minimal, Professional and Ledger. Your logo, bank details and “Authorised Signatory” print on the bill, and the Classic and Ledger designs show the amount in words in lakh and crore. Make original, duplicate and triplicate copies.
Share on WhatsApp
Tap share and send the PDF on WhatsApp, email or any app on your phone. The bill goes from your own WhatsApp, like any other file.
Quotations and estimates
Make a quotation the same way as a bill, with a valid-until date and terms. Each one shows its status: draft, sent, accepted, rejected, expired or converted. On the web app, an accepted estimate becomes an invoice in one click.
Purchase bills and stock
Record a purchase bill and your stock goes up. Sell and it goes down. Edit or delete a bill and the stock is put right. Items under 10 show a Low Stock label.
Party ledger and payments (cash, UPI, cheque)
See every bill and payment for a customer or supplier and what is still due. Record payments by cash, UPI, cheque, card or bank, with a reference number and a note. Part payments are fine.
UPI QR to collect payment
Show a UPI QR made from your bank account, so the customer can pay with GPay, PhonePe, Paytm or BHIM, or share the QR image. The QR is shown in the app; it is not printed on the bill.
Reports as PDF
Sales, purchase and monthly or yearly reports, plus a monthly GST report with CGST, SGST and IGST totals, shared as PDF with your CA. Party statements are PDFs too.
Android app and web app
Use the Android app at the counter and the web app at app.billbabu.com on your computer, with the same mobile number and OTP login. The web app is for bills, estimates, parties and items; PDFs, reports and payments are in the Android app.
Six Indian languages
Use the app in English, Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu or Kannada. Bills print in English, and the web app is in English.
What BillBabu doesn't do yet
No offline mode, e-invoice, e-way bill generation, GST return filing, iPhone app, Excel export or staff logins yet.
