What a good quotation includes

  • a quotation number and date, and how long the prices are valid;
  • your name, address, phone and GSTIN, and the customer’s name and address;
  • each item with its HSN or SAC code, quantity, unit, rate and GST rate;
  • the GST amount and the total, so the customer knows the final price;
  • delivery and payment terms, and your signature.
