BillBabu: 14-day free trial, then a paid plan. On 4 October 2026 the Pro plan was ₹99 a month or ₹999 a year, for the Android app and the web app. Current prices: BillBabu pricing.

myBillBook: on 4 October 2026 its pricing page listed Plus at ₹3,490 a year (Android, iPhone and web), Pro at ₹3,990 a year (adds the Windows app) and Pro Max from ₹570 a month billed yearly (adds e-invoicing, e-way bills and 3 users).[2] Prices in its iPhone app were different, so check the price on the platform you will use.

Where myBillBook is stronger

  • E-invoices and e-way bills (on Pro Max), and GSTR-1 as a JSON file ready for the GST portal.
  • Barcode printing and scanning, thermal printing, batch and expiry tracking for stock.

Switching: what to set up first

    Business details

    Your business name, GSTIN, address, logo and bank account (the bank account also makes your UPI QR code).
  2. 2

    Items

    Add the items you sell most, with price, unit, HSN code and GST rate. Add the rest as you bill them.
  3. 3

    Parties and old dues

    Add customers and suppliers with their GSTIN, and enter what each one owes as the opening balance.
  4. 4

    First bill

    BillBabu numbers bills in its own series (INV-2026-0001 and on), separate from the numbers you used before. Keep your old app’s records and reports for your CA.
There is no import from myBillBook, so the switch is manual. Most shops start with their regular items and customers and add the rest over the first week.

FAQ

Is BillBabu cheaper than myBillBook?
On 4 October 2026 BillBabu’s yearly plan cost less than myBillBook’s cheapest yearly plan, but myBillBook includes more features, such as e-way bills on its top plan, barcode and an iPhone app. Compare the current prices on both pricing pages before you decide.
Does BillBabu have e-invoicing like myBillBook?
No. BillBabu does not generate e-invoices (IRN) or e-way bills. myBillBook lists both on its Pro Max plan. E-invoicing is mandatory only for businesses with turnover above ₹5 crore.
Can I use BillBabu in Hindi?
Yes. The Android app works in Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and English. Bills print in English.
Can I move my data from myBillBook to BillBabu?
There is no import tool. Add your items and parties in BillBabu once, with their opening balances, and continue from there. Keep your old records for your CA.
