BillBabu is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. All our products and services are completely digital. **We do not sell or ship physical goods.**

## 2. Delivery Method

Upon successful subscription or purchase, delivery of our services is automated and instant:

- **In-App Access:** Your account is immediately upgraded or activated. You will have instant access to the premium features included in your chosen plan directly within the BillBabu application (Web and Mobile).
- **Email Confirmation:** You will receive an immediate confirmation email containing your invoice and any necessary account activation details.

## 3. Delivery Timeline

Since the delivery is digital, it is virtually instantaneous. You should receive access and your confirmation email within minutes of a successful transaction.

If you do not receive access or a confirmation email within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team.

## 4. Shipping Charges

There are **no shipping or handling charges** for any BillBabu subscription or service, as there is no physical delivery involved.
