# BillBabu

> GST billing app and invoice maker for Indian shops and small businesses: Android app plus a web app.

BillBabu lets Indian shops and small businesses make GST invoices, estimates (quotations) and purchase bills, share them as PDF (WhatsApp, email or any app through the Android share sheet), keep a ledger for each customer and supplier, record payments received (cash, bank, cheque, UPI, card), track stock per product, and see sales, purchase and monthly GST reports as PDF. GST on a bill is split into CGST + SGST for a same-state sale or IGST for an other-state sale, from the place of supply.

Android app on Google Play (package com.billbabu.app) and a web app at https://app.billbabu.com with the same login (phone number and OTP). The Android app is available in English, Hindi, Marathi, Telugu, Kannada and Tamil; invoice PDFs are in English. The web app is English-only and has no PDF, reports or payment recording; it can convert an estimate to an invoice in one click.

New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no card; after the trial a paid plan is needed to make new bills (current prices: https://billbabu.com/pricing.md). There is no free-forever plan.

BillBabu does not generate e-invoices (IRN) or e-way bills, does not file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), and has no iPhone app, offline mode, staff logins, Excel export, credit or debit notes, CESS, discounts or payment reminders.
